To post pictures, you need to register on a website like
http://www.photobucket.com or http://imageshack.com/
and to upload your picture(s) there.

Then, you post your picture's url in your message (in photobucket, they will directly give you the link). If it is in another website, just copy the url, paste it in your message, highlight it, and hit the ''Image'' button located over your message.

Preview your message and if everything is okay, post it!
