Hello, I have just joined the group, and have spent the last couple of hours trying to read most everything that is on here! I am wondering if anyone has pursued any legal avenues to either get their money back, or to recoup some of their veterinary costs? If anyone has done this, have they received a judgement?

My condolences go out to all that have lost their beloved pet. I cannot even imagine how difficult that must be.

yes, there have been a few that have taken legal action. there is currently a warrant for angela's arrest although i don't know all the details... i will leave that to the person who has the case against her to tell if they choose. thank you for the condolences... it's much appreciated. i have just been informed of yet the 29th dog to be inflicted with epilepsy just this week. out of respect for that owner i must leave it up to them to make it public if they choose to do so.
