And is that a little schnauzer I see? If so, he/she looks just like my little schnauzer boy, Duncan. |
Yes, that is our mini schnauzer T.J., or as I like to refer to him as our over grown rat , that's Jade's little buddy, as she absolutely adores him. When we go out, we have to put T.J in a cage, because he has a habit of doing destructive things when we are gone, but it never fails when we come in Jade is sleeping right there beside the cage with him, and when we take him out to get clipped at the groomers, she gets all excited when he comes back. It's pretty funny watching a 130 lb dog play so gently with her 15 lb buddy, but she absolutely loves it. When we got Jade our other Dog Tyson was starting to fail in health, him and Jade absolutely loved each other, as Jade doted on him untill the day he died. And in what most likely is a coincedence, she never actually had her first seizures untill Tyson had passed on. A little over a year ago we decided to get T.J, thinking it would give her a play buddy, and some company, after a fairly hectic stretch of seizures. Since then she's had one really small seizure, so i've taken to calling him our therapy dog, as since we've had him we've been on a good run of not having any seizures. We know it's a coincedence but it's weird how that has worked. |

I agree. My first Corso, Sienna, loved Duncan and grew up with him. She actually thought she was a little 14 lb. dog like him! It was so cute, and now my girl, Orsola, just adores him. They could play out in the yard all day._________________ I do not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it. -Voltaire |

This made me laugh, because our cat is absolutely convinced he's a dog, whenever he see's himself in the mirror he freaks out, see's a cat at the vet he freaks out. He constantly plays with the dogs, begs for treats like the dogs, and he is absolutely useless at doing cat like things, such as catching mice, which is the only reason we got a cat in the first place. |

| Diablo and our trouble makin' cat Khaos were the best of friends. Khaos held his own against his 115 lb. friend, even tho D could have easily snapped him in 1/2. I loved watching them play and cuddle. Khaos is still searching for his best friend...poor little guy. http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a49/CoAdmin/BestBuds.jpg?t=1181825247 |

| Well, I have had a very rough couple months. Teaka had only gotten worse to the point of having seizures every couple of days. Made the worst decision of my life to put her down last Thursday morning. I can't honestly forgive yet, I don't know how any of us on here have gotten through. I did my best. At least now Teaka can rest. |

| Anjie I am so very sorry that you lost your sweet baby girl. Please know that I think that you were the best Mom Teaka could ever hope to have had. I also believe you made the only decision you could and that was peace. I believe that Teaka is now free and happy and running and playing with all of the others that went before her. Kathy |

| Anjie, forgiveness and inner peace will come soon. The process u go through now will only help u heal, and accept that your decision was the right one. Teaka is now at peace, seizure free and running like the wind through the rainbow bridge. My thoughts and deepest sympathies for your loss. |
