| guys and gals, So sorry to keep hearing about your dogs, it's making me a bit nervus to go and get a CC. But I hope you guys can point me in the right direction when the time comes to get a good working stock CC. I know it's been some time since I posted. But after reading that las post I just had to respond. Seneca Warrior _________________ Born on a Moutain raised in a cave booze and women is all I crave.

| Sadly Seneca, as long as breeders like Rustic and Big Taurus exist epi and major health problems like it will follow. There are a "few" good breeders out there...not many, but they do exist. Doing your research, talking to past puppy buyers about their experiences and just knowing what to look for are a few steps in the right direction. With any breed however the low lifes and the con artists are a reality. The only control we have over this situation is to continuously educate the pubic about the issues out there. Without people like Annie and Bon, and without sites and boards such as this one...can u imagine how many people would have also suffered, like we have, at the hands of these "breeders"? |

I sent a pick, i'm fairly illiterate when it comes to computers so hopefully you recieved it. I signed up to photobucket, but couldn't figure out how to make the picture appear in my post, even though you provided the instructions in the forum.
After perusing through the forum more thourghly today, it absolutely amazes me that she kept breeding the dogs as long as she did. Hopefully she has stopped this but for some reason I doubt it. I was searching the web and came across a board were someone was calling all the Angela bashers idiots, and crazy's, and suggesting that it was blown out of proportion, because all the problems went back to Jewel's, which it seems is not the case. I believe he either did a breeding with Aragorn, or had a healthy pup from an Aragorn litter, which is why he insisted that it was blown out of proportion, i'm not sure how he justified just ignoring the cold hard facts of a trail of sick, and dying dogs, but obviously he was an ignorant idiot.
I must say though even with all Jade's medical problems, she has made us fall in love with the Cane Corso breed, and I've told my wife numerous times that I could never imagine owning a different breed of dog again, unfortunatly after reading so many horror stories on this forum of bad breeders in the Cane Corso breed, i'm starting to doubt my choice. I love this breed so much, but I just can't imagine going through this again. I'm sure there are good breeders out there, but it seems here in Ontario we have a whole bunch of bad ones, and who's to say how widespread the damage Angela and her cronies have inflicted. Hopefully we don't reach that crossroad anytime soon, but I must say the thought of not owning one of these great dogs again has crossed my mind, and it totally sucks that we may have to make that choice one day. |

| Thanks for sharing your girls story with us. My Arden was your girl's full sister not from the same litter. I am glad to hear that Jade is doing reasonable well and I hope she continues to do so. I would love to see a picture of her. I always love to see my Arden's relatives. Give her a big hug from me. Kathy |

| Tara, thanks for posting the pictures for me, i'm glad I could share the pictures of our beautiful girl Jade. Also I have one question for anyone on the board, did any of your dogs have leaking issues. Sometimes Jade leaks urine, not very often mind you, but it does happen usually when she won't go out when it's raining, and she is trying to hold it. Is this a side effect of the phenobarb, or maybe just another issue altogether, we've had her checked out, but the vet couldn't really pinpoint the cause of it. |

| Unfortunately leaking is a side effect of PB. My Arden leaked especially when she was sleeping. We ran lots of tests to make sure there was no other problem and there wasn't. That reminds me have any of you tried to get a urine sample? What a task that is.LOL Kathy |

| What a beautiful girl! And is that a little schnauzer I see? If so, he/she looks just like my little schnauzer boy, Duncan. _________________ I do not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it. -Voltaire |
